The vision and purpose of the Winter Conference is for it to be a time of encouragement and support for Pastors and their wives, full time ministry staff, and Christian leaders.
It is no secret that the pressures resulting from ministry are on the
increase. Succeeding in ministry while balancing the needs of a family, personal growth, and maintaining significant relationships can be a difficult and elusive task. The Winter Conference will provide an opportunity for Pastors and leaders to re-connect with their calling, re-establish friendships, and re-calibrate their priorities while being renewed with strength and hope for the journey.
The entire Winter Conference is designed to give practical help to
everyone that attends in the important areas of their personal
lives. Can we walk through all life's challenges, fulfill God's purpose
for our ministry and still succeed at:
